History of Bach flowers
Dr. Bach dedicated the first years of his life to medical research. He pays more attention to the behavior and personality of individuals. With his patients, he quickly realizes that emotions affect both the mind and the physical. From then on, he decided to devote all his research to it and, in the 1930s, moved to the Mount Vernon countryside in the south of England.He then develops his own floral essences, 38 in total (and a 39th, the best known, which results from a mixture of 5 flowers): the Bach flowers, also called Fforal essences of Dr. Bach. Each of them would deal with an emotional problem in particular: fear, doubt, stress and so on.
Even today, the tradition is preserved. Original Bach flowers are still grown and prepared in the manner of their founder, in his residence at Mount Vernon, renamed since the Bach Center. Used all over the world, these natural essences with special virtues, and completely harmless, are becoming more and more followers.
