Rhinitis and allergic rhinoconjunctivitis
Reserved for adults and children over the age of 12: 10 mg (ie 1 10 mg tablet) once a day.
The dose may be increased to 20 mg (ie 2 x 10 mg tablets) once a day in case of severe symptoms.
The safety and efficacy of EBASTINE TEVA 10 mg orodispersible tablets have not been established in children under 12 years of age.
Reserved for adults over 18 years of age: 10 mg (ie 1 10 mg tablet) once a day.
Renal Insufficiency: No dose adjustment is necessary for a treatment duration of up to 5 days.
Hepatic impairment: No dose adjustment should be considered in patients with mild or moderate hepatic impairment for a duration of treatment up to 7 days.
The orodispersible tablet will be placed on the tongue, where it disperses almost instantly. It is not necessary to take water or any other liquid.
The tablet can be taken during or outside meals.
Duration of treatment
The duration of treatment is established by the prescribing physician.
· Hypersensitivity (allergy) to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
· Severe hepatic insufficiency.
