Short-term symptomatic treatment of painful lesions of the oral cavity.

Local anesthesia of contact before instrumental explorations in odonto-stomatology.

Dosage DYNEXAN 2% Oral Cream Tube of 10 g


Application of 0.5 g of cream, four times a day maximum of 40 mg of lidocaine.

Child from 6 to 15 years

Application of 0.5 g of cream, four times a day maximum of 40 mg of lidocaine.

Strict local use. Gingival and oral application.

Massage gently to distribute the cream to the area to be treated.

Do not exceed the maximum dose of 200 mg of lidocaine per day.

The indication does not justify prolonged treatment.

Against indications

This medicine should not be used in case of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, especially lidocaine or local anesthetics in general.

Dynexan side effects

In case of intolerance to one of the components of the oral cream, allergic reactions are possible. These reactions, however, appear very rarely.

In case of overdose or systemic passage, toxic reactions may occur:

· Central nervous system: nervousness, agitation, tremors, nystagmus, headache, nausea,

· Respiratory system: tachypnea and then bradypnea, which can lead to apnea,

· Cardiovascular system: decreased cardiac output and drop in blood pressure.
