For 2 people Preparation: 5 min
Ingredients: 50 g extra dark chocolate,
1 tbsp. liquid cream,
1 tbsp. cinnamon,
Fresh fruits (banana, apple, pears, strawberries, raspberries, tangerines, pineapple ...) peeled and cut into pieces.
For those who do not have the chocolate fondue, melt the chocolate in the microwave (5 minutes) or in a bain-marie (10 minutes) with the cream and cinnamon. Keep in a preheated bowl to prevent freezing on contact with the cold bowl.
Prepare the fruits in a large plate, with two peaks and dive into the chocolate before tasting.
The good idea: If you have a little time, have fun to cut the fruits into hearts, stars, or initials of the name of your dear and tender!
And now, at the table ...
