Box of 24 Sachets of 10 ml
Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux symptoms such as acid regurgitation, heartburn, and difficult digestion (related to reflux), such as after meals or during pregnancy, or during esophagitis.
Dosage ALGINATE / BICAR SODIUM SDZ CONS 500 mg / 267 mg Oral suspension Box of 24 sachets of 10 ml
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 sachet 3 times daily after the 3 main meals and possibly at bedtime.
This dosage may be doubled in case of severe reflux or esophageal inflammation.
Elderly: no dose adjustment is required for this population.
This medicine should never be used in case of known or suspected hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients.

Related to calcium carbonate:
· Possible constipation, which is exceptional thanks to the presence of alginate,
· In prolonged use, possible hypercalcemia with risk of nephrolithiasis and renal failure.
Allergic manifestations such as urticaria, bronchospasm, anaphylactic or anaphylactoid reactions have been reported.
